Anxiety is a very common nature of any person in today’s world. There are lots of reasons behind the intensity of anxiety.


But there are mainly the psychosomatic, emotional or physiological reasons behind the emergence of anxiety. Whenever a person is feeling anxious their behavioral pattern shows it.



The combination of various emotions out of some unavoidable circumstances often leads to anxiety which is basically a bad feeling. All these types of feelings are related with restlessness, nervousness, discomfort and lots of agitation.


Anxiety is a universal feeling that happens among everyone at some point of time in life. It is very normal way of expressing any kind of stress. Sometimes anxiety is good as it leads to completion of works that would have otherwise been left unfinished. But nothing in excess is good for health or mind.


So when anxiety overcomes the normal level then it is quite difficult to deal with and then the anxiety becomes a part of “anxiety disorder”.


Anxiety is different from fear that is generally triggered by some stimulation from external danger, hazard or perils. But how do people differentiate between anxiety and any other feeling? Certain substantial effects are found when you are feeling anxious.


Some amount of palpitations in the heart is felt, pain in chest, small breathing, headache, pain in the stomach, unsettled stomach, are the normal problems that accompany during anxiety. Generally the heart beat increases and blood pressure rises.

Generally during any anxiety panic attack the person may feel that he is going to lose consciousness. You must not confuse it with a heart attack. There are many different types of anxiety like those of “existential anxiety”, “stranger anxiety”, “social anxiety”, “examination anxiety”, “trait anxiety” and many other forms are present.

Though anxiety is a very common problem among everyone, you must not let anxiety overcome you so much that you can’t lead a normal life. To surpass anxiety you need to enjoy life the fullest and remain happy as much as possible.
