The current of flowing blood that runs through our arteries is what we call blood pressure. There are times that the arteries in which the blood runs through are clogged abnormally and that causes a high blood pressure ( hypertension) which means that the current of the blood is stronger than normal. And there is no cure for high blood pressure because it is not an illness but another condition of the body.

High blood pressure is deadly in nature because it can lead to a heart attack or stroke. But how can you maintain a normal blood pressure?

A person can have high blood pressure if he eats a lot of fatty foods. Fats will stick to the walls of arteries thus making the passage way of the blood narrower than normal. It is not easy to get rid of these fats. It is even easier to acquire them. Fats can be burned that’s why patients with high blood pressure are advised to do some basic exercises everyday to help burn those fats in the arteries.

To maintain a normal blood pressure means that you should avoid eating too much of fatty foods or foods that are not nutritious in nature. Be mindful of your health by ensuring that the foods you are taking in are those needed by the body. Doing some exercises or being active will really help maintaining your normal blood pressure.

A normal blood pressure should be 120/80 and should not be higher than that. If you have a blood pressure reading higher than that, you must consult your doctor before everything goes wrong. A lot of people died by just a single heart attack. That’s why when it comes to high blood pressure, never take any chances. You can also maintain your normal blood pressure by having good sleep everyday and avoid stress. If you already have a high blood pressure, never indulge your self into heavy works because hyperactivity will also cause increase in your blood pressure.

Having a high blood pressure is often hereditary. So it would be better that while you are young and capable of doing some exercises, do them as early as now. Avoid high blood pressure and maintain a normal blood pressure. Have a happy life.

Hypotension, is another term for an abnormally low blood pressure. There are factors that triggers this blood pressure problem. Age, activity levels, food diet and hereditary of genes are the main factors.

Symptom of low blood pressure is the feeling of dizziness or worst fainting when you stand up and it is advised that patient felt this symptom will see a doctor immediately. Doctors will then prescribe you a pill which will increase your blood pressure. Although it is rare, one factor that could trigger low blood pressure is when you take pills or medicine that has a side effect of lowering your blood pressure.

Low blood pressure is not life threatening compared to high blood pressure. In fact, most people agree that they are lucky because they have low blood pressure because they can eat delicious foods. However, if you always faint when you stand up than you could be prone to accidents and then it becomes dangerous. If you are experiencing this problem then you should consult a doctor right away.

As we grow old our arteries become less supple and more stiff causing fall of blood pressure when we stand up. Although we know that as we grow older our heart pumps faster than when we was a child, it is not a guarantee that if we grow old we are far from having a low blood pressure problem. Basing on statistics though, most middle aged man are prone to high blood pressure and not the other way.

Anemia is different from low blood pressure. Most people think that they are the same. Anemia is defined as a qualitative or quantitative deficiency of hemoglobin which is a protein found inside red blood cells.

Size of the heart and heart condition is the main source of having low blood pressure problem. If your heart is weak, then you have a bigger problem. You can not prevent or cure the low blood pressure the conventional way or take pills that will increase your blood pressure but you need to consult to a cardiologist.

Blood circulation is really important because blood carries nutrients for our tissue and organs. They will also carry oxygen supply to our brains. We should be more conscious and regulate our blood pressure. As we say it prevention is better than cure.

High blood pressure doesn’t have any symptoms and that’s why you are left unguarded when it attacks you. The best thing to do would be to start monitoring your blood pressure as early as possible. If you have high blood pressure start to be conscious and lower it down. Naturally, the process of lowering your high blood pressure is a great way to make your heart active enough while keeping your body fit and healthy.

There are so many natural ways of lowering your high blood pressure down. So if you are wondering how to lower blood pressure, take time to read this article.
Food plays a really great role in acquiring high blood pressure, thus it will also play a great role in lowering it down. The first advice I could give you when it comes to food is that you need to lower your salt content in your food.

Salt will retain the fluid in your body thus increasing the pressure on your blood vessels causing your blood to increase in current, thus, high blood pressure occurs. You must not eat a lot of fatty foods. When you have a lot of fats in your body which will not be burned, then those excess fats will build up in the walls of your arteries making the passage narrow for the blood that will eventually create a high blood pressure.

Exercise will burn those excessive fatty build ups on your arteries. Therefore, it is always advisable that you do regular exercise everyday to burn them. Exercise can also make your heart stronger by helping it pump blood to all parts of the body. By doing it, you are actually making the heart pump blood easier.

Another factor why you have high blood is the stress. Don’t worry too much on the things that you cannot control. It is advisable to do some meditation even for 30 minutes a day just to free your mind from those worries. Go to a beautiful place and enjoy the aroma of the fresh air. Stress can really make your blood pressure higher. So have a stress-free life and be healthy.

There are a lot of ways on how to lower blood pressure, but the three that I mentioned are the most basic and inexpensive ones.

When your systolic BP (blood pressure) reading is equal or greater than 130 and diastolic BP reading is equal or greater than 90 then you are experiencing a high blood pressure or hypertension. Researchers have said that high blood pressure can never be detected unless doing a BP reading regularly.

Hypertension doesn’t have any symptoms but some would claim that when a high blood pressure would attack those assumptions are definitely imprecise. High blood pressure symptoms can only be known if doing some blood pressure reading. That’s why hypertension is labeled as “the silent killer”.

There are few people who are mindful of their body conditions and can detect some manifestation of high blood pressure. They said that hypertension will bring dizziness, headache, nausea and blurred vision. These are just the established testimonies of the people who are aware about their health and these could be the high blood pressure symptoms.

When they start to experience these kind of bodily conditions, they immediately consult their physician to be given medical attention. High blood pressure can cause strokes or heart attacks which are lethal and dangerous because if the patient has a heart attack he could be either paralyzed or dead.

Researchers said that a high blood pressure can go undetected for so many years because there are no external symptoms. It is always advisable that people would be mindful of their body activities especially the internal activities because high blood pressure can cause damages to major organs like kidney, lung, liver, heart and blood vessels. Although high blood pressure is not contagious, it can be hereditary and that means that if you have a family history of high blood pressure then most probably you have it too. Some causes of high blood pressure are the oral contraceptives.

Maintain a good lifestyle, eat nutritious foods and stay fit. In that way you can maintain a normal blood pressure. Be mindful of your health to keep you away from. Have a regular blood pressure reading so that you will know if you are experiencing a high blood pressure because when you would rely on those high blood pressure symptoms, you are putting yourself in jeopardy.

High blood pressure is actually a disease and adults are the most common to get it. The main reason why many adults have high blood pressure is because when we get older our heart pumps faster compared to when we are younger. Children also can have this kind of disease but it is vary rare. The disease can be controlled through a high blood pressure diet. I will enumerate the steps on how to control high blood pressure.

We all know that fat is the number one cause of high blood pressure. This will clog or stop the flow of blood from circulating properly to our body. If this happens the heart will pump faster to force the pressure, thus it will become a high blood pressure problem. Eating low fat food will increase good cholesterol and help you lose weight.

Fat free diet products are the ideal diet for high blood pressure patients. A diet that is rich in potassium and sodium helps control high blood pressure.Foods that are rich in these minerals can be found mostly in vegetable and fruits.

Second is to avoid food that are rich with salt, as we know that salt is the main ingredient that makes our food tasty. Instead of using salt as flavoring we can use spices.

There are a lot of tips regarding a proper high blood pressure diet, but it seems to hard to balance or eating a diet that can prevent high blood pressure. The only key is to getting to used to eating the proper diet. Consulting to a Diet expert is also the best way so that you’ll will have a variety of healthy food diet everyday. It is hard if we will eat the same type of food everyday, so we must know the combination of different classes of food to serve each day. Mineral deficiency will cause high blood pressure also.

Eating a proper diet for controlling high blood pressure has a lot of benefits. Besides preventing high blood pressure, you can gain a good figure, healthy body, flawless skin, clear eye sight and you will look good overall. A healthy high blood pressure diet not only prevents or control high blood pressure but also prevent all kinds of diseases.

High blood pressure or hypertension doesn’t have any symptoms and that’s why this can go untreated for years. It is a very dangerous condition that should be treated as soon as possible. To be able maintain a normal blood pressure you must know what causes this disease. You should ask yourself why you have a high blood pressure?

When asked about the causes of high blood pressure, the most frequent answers are a poor diet and exercise habits. Sure enough, food greatly affects the bodily conditions thus it is greatly acclaimed that high blood pressure is caused, firstly by food. High blood pressure happens when the arteries will start a fatty build up in their walls making the passage narrow for the blood to flow.

These fatty build ups comes from fatty foods that a person is eating regularly. These fats need to be burned before it will start to build themselves in the walls of the arteries. So a person is advised to do some basic exercises to get rid of those excess fats.

The second main cause why a person is experiencing a high blood pressure is their exercise habits. Lazy people will always have a higher blood pressure compared to those who are athletic in nature or those who are regularly doing some exercises.

The two that I mentioned are the most common but are just the two causes. There are a lot of reasons why a person can have a high blood pressure like excessive intake of alcohol and caffeine or even the use of nicotine products. The radical elimination of caffeine and nicotine will really show a positive effect on the someones blood pressure.

Stress can also cause high blood pressure. If you have a lot of worries, there is a good chance that you will probably have a high blood pressure. Thus, it is recommended to go to stress management sessions to help you ease stress. Meditation also helps bring down stress levels.

However, one of the most common high blood pressure causes is your family genetics. High blood pressure is not contagious but hereditary. You can have it if there is a family history of high blood pressure. If you are one of these people, you can never avoid high blood pressure; however you can at least do something on your part to be able to maintain your normal blood pressure.

There are a lot of ways to manage your blood pressure. Most common advice is that you should eat low fat foods and include some vegetables in your meal. Do some jogging in the morning to burn those unwanted and excess fats in your body. Be active and enjoy life!

Blood pressure is a force of blood flowing in our arteries and veins The more your heart pumps per second the higher the blood flows in the artery and this is what we termed or call high blood pressure. Stress, physical activities and sudden change of emotions like excitement, sadness or sadness can cause high blood pressure. If your blood pressure is constantly high it will damage your arteries and heart,

The most common disease that could result if you have a high blood pressure are mainly a heart attack, stroke and coronary heart disease. These can instantly kill people and according to surveys these incidents are included in the top ten of the deaths in the whole world.

Who are prone to high blood pressure? Adults above 35 years old of age mainly, because when we become adults our heart pumps faster compared to children. According to a survey, middle-aged African-Americans and older people has a greater percentage. Obese people, because they lack exercise to burn fats and cholesterol that will block the blood from flawing freely in the artery causing the heart to pump faster thus increasing the blood pressure, this may lead to stroke.

With heavy drinkers, alcohol will replace oxygen carried by the blood and this causes an increase in blood pressure. Other people that are prone to high blood pressure are taking birth control pills, kidney diseases and those who are suffering from diabetes mellitus.

Another cause of high blood pressure is the genetic connection. If your parents are having problems with their high blood pressure try to balance your diet and keep an eye on your pressure. Your genes may inherit the sickness

If you know that your family has a history of high blood pressure problems then you need to reduce getting stressed all the time, be cautious with your diet, avoid drinking alcoholic beverages, do not take birth control pills, exercise to burn your fats.

You can measure blood pressure in two different ways ‘Systolic’ the pressure of the blood is measured on how fast your heart beats and the diastolic measurement is measured when your heart is at rest during the beating of your heart. The most common method is the Systolic blood pressure measurement.

Since high blood pressure doesn’t have symptoms and you cannot detect it unless doing some blood pressure reading, it is always advisable to have a blood pressure monitor at home. A blood pressure monitor is the device used to monitor your blood pressure so that you can record the rise and fall of your blood pressure. Although, this device is commonly used by nurses and doctors to know your blood pressure, you also can have it at home for you and your family.

Remember that high blood pressure is hereditary so your children might have the same condition as yours. High blood pressure can even occur in children. A lot of cases has been reported that children have had a heart attack at their very early age. So not only monitor your blood pressure, but monitor the blood pressure of your whole family.

High blood pressure monitoring will really help you determine your safety. High blood pressure is the silent killer that has killed a lot of people while sleeping, taking a bath, eating, running or just reading some news. Attacks can happen any time of the day leaving you unguarded. Never wait for that time. Have good exercise habits, eat delicious and nutritious foods to maintain your normal blood pressure and monitor it daily to know if it is still in its normal current flow.

Doing those things will really help you not to worry too much about your health. Be a happy person; just remember that stress can also cause high blood pressure. Don’t worry too much about the things that you can’t control, leave them as they are. Just worry on things that you can control like monitoring your blood pressure.

You might be worried if you buy a blood pressure monitor if it is accurate. Since a lot of doctors using the same device, these monitors are really accurate. You just need to cuff it carefully in your arms and place in the correct spot so that you would have an accurate reading. However, it is advisable that if there is someone around who can help you, let him do it to be sure that you are taking the correct reading.

Blood pressure can be measured of how many times your heart pumps per second and it is the pressure of blood running through your arteries or veins. The faster your heart beats the more force of blood will rush to your arteries and the person will suffer high blood pressure.

There are two ways of measuring the pressure of your blood and it is called systolic pressure where in the blood pressure is measured on how fast your heart pumps blood. Systolic pressure measurement is actually the most common and most used method in testing blood pressure. When your heart is at rest during the beating of your heart and then when your blood pressure drops its called diastolic pressure. The diastolic pressure method of measuring blood pressure is not as commonly used unlike the systolic pressure test.

It comes with the age, the older the person becomes the faster his heart will pump, increasing the blood pressure and normally children have a much lower blood pressure compared to adults. Blood pressure can vary depending on the persons mood. The pressure of blood is normally lower when we are asleep and increased when we are excited, happy, sad or any sudden changes of emotions.

Time of the day also plays a role when we talk about changes of blood pressure. During the night blood pressure is normally lower compared in daytime.
The normal blood pressure reading must be lower than 120/80 and 140/90 indicates high blood pressure using systolic and diastolic measurement of reading.

If you are experiencing high blood pressure because your heart pumps faster it could lead to a disaster like stroke, damage the kidneys, heart failure eye irritations because the small veins my burst causing hemorrhage in the eye.

Cholesterol plaque and calcium in the arteries clogs or blocks the blood from flowing freely causing the heart to pump faster to deliver the oxygen, vitamins, minerals etc. to the organs and tissues needing these elements. This will result in a lot of medical problems. Proper diet is good advice to lower blood pressure and diets that are less in cholesterol and fats must be take if you are already experiencing high blood pressure.

Hypertension is caused by high blood pressure and can lead to a heart attack if not careful. If your blood pressure reads 180/110, go immediately to the hospital and admit yourself because there is a big percentage that it could result in a heart attack.
