A human being can suffer from many kinds of problems like fractures, allergies and different types of diseases which have a damaging effect on the body. There are many other types of diseases which are caused by bacteria and have a fatal effect.


But the most dangerous types of diseases are caused by the MRSA virus. The full form of MRSA is Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus which means that the staph aureus has developed immunity towards the antibiotic Methicillin and is the main cause of staph infections. This virus is also known as superbug.



The MRSA virus was first detected in the year 1961 when the antibiotic Methicillin was used for the treatment of the infections caused by staph bacteria and other types of harmful bacteria which caused the bacteria to develop resistance towards antibiotics and became a virus which cannot be killed so treatment has become very difficult for any type of infection that is caused by this virus. In the beginning the MRSA virus was found only in hospitals but now it is found in many places and has become a disease which can be acquired in the community.


Symptoms of MRSA Virus
The symptoms of the MRSA virus are of different types as it differs according to the body area that has been infected by this virus. The areas that can be easily affected by this virus are surgical wounds, burns, eye, blood, catheter sites, and skin. Some of the symptoms of the MRSA virus are very prominent but sometimes it is very difficult to diagnose the symptoms. The healthy people who carry this virus may not show any type of symptoms so prompt diagnosis is very important when any type of symptoms develop which indicates any type of infection.


It is important that extreme care should be taken when the skin develops blisters or boils which turned red and the swollen part of the skin is warm when touched followed by vomiting, fever with chills and nausea. These symptoms should not be taken lightly and all the tests should be done to diagnose the cause to rule out the chances of the infection being caused by MRSA virus. People are still ignorant about the MRSA virus and do not take the symptoms seriously which can lead to fatal affects.
