<p>This helps to reduce the chance of gaining water weight. For this you should eat about one-third of the diet as fruits &amp; vegetables. Consuming fruit in large amounts help to fill the stomach faster. Because of this you tend to consume less high calorie foods. This results into rapid weight loss. You can effectively include fruits in your diet. Have dried fruit in your breakfast and daily eat an apple before leaving from your home.</p>
<p>Prepare fruit salads and recipes containing fruits. Keep a bowl of fruits in the living room, in front of the T.V. Diets high in fats and low in fruits and vegetables contributes to serious problems such as cancer. Fruits can be used in salads, as toppings and as garnishes. Along with great taste fruits provide us with vital micronutrients, vitamins and minerals that other packed food does not provide. Fruits also endow with essential dietary fibre.</p>
<p>Fruits are highly nutritious, and have low fat and low calorie content which can be effective for long term weight loss.  As they do not contain cholesterol, they are lower in calories. Rather than eating a piece of fresh fruit people prefer to drink more fruit juices. But these fruit juices contain added additives and sugars which increase your calorie intake.  Fruits do contain some amount of calories but these calories are not fattening. Fruits can curb the snack consumption that you do in between the meals. These are the benefits of fruits and so consume as much fruits as you can in you diet.</p>
